Technical Customer Success Manager

As a Technical Customer Success Manager, your primary role will be to work directly with tech founders and engineering teams to guide them through security projects, translate security concepts into actionable steps, and identify friction and improve our product and deployment model. You won't just manage accounts; you'll own outcomes. This is a high-impact role that combines customer success and technical project program management. The best candidates combine technical depth with an entrepreneurial and customer-obsessed mindset.

Because we're an early-stage startup with multiple needs, this role can also evolve toward contributing to product design, leading our marketing strategy, working on pre-sales (demo, Q&A with prospects), or developing our brand awareness within the tech community (participation to events, organize workshops).

And as we grow, the role can evolve in the direction that fits you best, whether that's product, operations, marketing, sales, or deeper technical ownership. We're small enough that your trajectory won't be predefined. The scope grows with you.

What you'll do

  • Guide tech founders and engineering teams through security projects

  • Make sure things actually get implemented
  • Identify friction and improve our product
  • Contribute to product design as the role evolves
  • Support pre-sales activities including demos and Q&A with prospects
  • Develop brand awareness within the tech community through events and workshops
