Sales Development Representative

We're looking for Sales Development Representatives to join our Growth team. You'll scale out our Go-To-Market operations and build up the company together with the founding team. You'll be part of the exciting phase of building out the company's GTM motion and scaling our already working playbook. We operate in a market rich with high-quality data, enabling us to identify the right companies to engage and the optimal moments to reach out. Rather than relying on mass outreach, our focus is on crafting high-quality, timely touchpoints that address our customers' security and compliance challenges as they emerge.

What you'll do

  • Be the first touchpoint for Bastion, connecting with forward-thinking startups and scale-ups across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, events)
  • Create qualified opportunities and set high-quality meetings with key stakeholders for our Account Executives
  • Learn and confidently articulate Bastion's value proposition in the context of each prospect's business needs
  • Take charge of your own pipeline using our proprietary AI stack and tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator to prospect, prioritize, and engage accounts strategically
  • Work hand-in-hand with marketing, growth, and sales leadership to build repeatable, scalable outbound motions
  • Get hands-on experience with our AI-powered outreach platform and help shape what next-gen outbound looks like

What we're looking for

  • Expertise in building pipelines through a mix of channels, including LinkedIn, email, events, and in-person networking
  • Proven ability to experiment and iterate based on insights from inbound demand and existing pipelines
  • Extensive utilization of modern automation tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English is a must)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships with team members and external partners
  • Process oriented, organized, and able to work well in unstructured environments
  • A high-achiever mentality with a proven track record of sales success

Nice to have

  • Previous SDR or sales experience at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience selling to startups
  • Background in cybersecurity or compliance
  • Experience with AI-powered sales tools
